Utility to copy the MDC from one thread to another thread.

An example of the usage of this class, for a parallel stream:

  MdcContext context = MdcContext.getCurrentMdc();

  // stream and set context:
  list.parallelStream().forEach(entry -> { mdcContext.populateMdc(); ... })
